Could I be in name check???

However, last update on I485 done on 4/10/07!!!Exactly one week after the EAD was approved...

Now, there are many of you with a later RD with I485's approved.My buddy from the same country applied on the same day and got his GC in the mail already 2 weeks ago!!!

Could it be that my name got stuck in name check???

according to USCIS processing times they are not supposed to touch your application for couple more month

Sure but....

...neither were they in a bunch of cases that are being approved recently....
Throughout the last 8 months, they were always 3-4 months ahead of schedule....at least in my case...
