I arrived at Penn State University on Oct.29, 2004 as a J-1 visa holder. I want to know whether I can apply for J-1 Visa Waiver Application Case Number now? I konw if OK, I need to send a completed Data Sheet, two self-addressed, stamped, legal-size envelopes (S.A.S.E.), and a filing fee to the United States Department of State. What else is required? Please help me and send your advice to axj17@psu.edu at your convenience.
