I got my 140 approved.But unfortunately i am without pay now.
Can I use my one month back payslip for filing 485.What happens if I dont get paid for sometime.do they reject my 485 for not paying taxes.I heard from friend that I can take $0 pay slip saying I am on vacation.Is it true.
Any information about this is highly appreciated.

You do not need to submit your pay stubs while filing for I-485. INS would request by an RFE if they really need to verify.

First of all you do not need the pay stubs to file I485. Do not worry, you will be alright. In your case, if the current employer is not paying, then you need to find a new employer and start your GC all over again. It doesn\'t take very long to get to I140 stage with any service center. The respite from your curent I140 is that you can use the PD of the previous labor cert. for the new one.
