Extra medical test.

Normally,

They were checking Blood Pressure, Urine, Eye sight, Heart bits, breath in/breath out, Chest X ray, physical fitness(check your spinal cord, finger/ankle working properly).

But now they are testing AIDS test also. So, it is now $260 total.

Some people do medical after getting (final immigration) Interview cleared.
