Cost of filing H4 extension

Hi,
I am currently in the 6th yr of H1. My company is willing to pay all my 7th yr extension legal costs (application plus lawyer) but I will have to pay spouse extension fees from my pocket.
What is a reasonable amount to expect to pay for the H4 extension ? Since this will also have to be filed every yr I am trying to figure out in my analysis to decide wether to continue to stay in the US or take a transfer to Canada.
Please share any estimates also.

You need to file form I-539 for H4 extension. Right now fee is $195. Send this form through certified mail.
