Cost of filing H1B after the new laws

Is anyone aware of an estimate of finling an H1B for the 2005-06 Quota (this year) under the new updated laws.

Correct me if I'm wrong:

H1B filing fees: $1500
Fraud prevention fees: $500
Premium processing fees: $1000
Lawyer fees (estimate): $1500?
Total: ~$4500?

You need to add $185 to the filing in addition to the fees you listed.
