That's a pretty confusing statement, given that all local official documents are in English anyway. If you are talking about documents from another country that you want to use in SA that is exactly the same as you would have to do in any country that it wasn't the official language. The curiosity about Venezuela is that it seems they don't accept local official language documents...even though the local language is widely used in the US itself!

As long as english is there it's fine. Don't worry.
The difference between embassy must be take on account. What other experienced like venezuelan doenst not neccessarely apply in for example in South africa. For US embassy in South africa all the document must in english or tanslate in english.
 
Dear forumites, can you please share the cheapest flight cost and company so we can compare. I saw with Ethiad it is 6500$ in february and it was the cheapest one from Johannesburg to Washington. Share the price in US$.

I think you made a mistake 6500$ is equivalent to 65k rand I'm sure u meant 650$ perhaps?
