No RFE. Mine was labor substitution.
I work for very big and reputed firm that does Goverment contracts
like DOD, NASA, Department of Health, Department of Energy, Department of Education, Center for disease control, Anti terririosm etc.

To confuse some people on INS logic:

My last name starts from A and First name from B.

Actually i kept you as a mile stone in My case .. due to very close RD oct 17, ND Oct 30 .....

My LUD changed 4 times ... I wonder why

I have the same RD of I 485 - OcT 15 2002, However EAC03023xxxxx, FP2 is 06/22, LUD 06/29 with no fesh update. Praying and Hoping for Good News...!!!

Actually, mine was relatively simple case.
Filed Single (spouse filed after 1.5 year)
There was RFE for I-140 and work permit and so I did not get RFE for I-485.
They make sure to send RFE for either I-140 or work permit or I-485
(every one has his day).

I am pretty sure, u will get it next week.

Have hope.
 
Hey Cosmic...I've a question for ya. Did your spouse get the approval or is it just your case alone..?
I am in kinda similar situation. I filed as a single and added my spouse application after an year. Now, my case is approved but my wife hasnt done even her first FP. :eek:

No, only I got approved. My spouse will get approved after 1.5 year or so.
Right now she is on Work permit though.

It is FCFS (First come first served).
