Has Anyone who applied at the end of April 2008 received the decision yet?

Please ppost the date of your application with your response, and anything that may help me and others know where we are with the processing time.

I have the same issue

My recipt notive for the i539 application was April 10, I have not received my confirmation as yet...I have applied for an expedite...that changed my LUD to 8/5...

But since then as I have caled USCIS, I have been told that my case is under review and that I shall be informed "shortly"...

still waiting...
