COS Pending Travel to India

I completed one semester in TVU.
I didnt take CPT.
Applied for COS from F1 to H4 on Jan 25th got RFE and replied it in March.
ICE officers came home and enquired in March.
They told to wait for USCIS decision on my petition.

Now I have to travel to India on 12th of this month.[Unavoidable situation]
Dont know what should I do.
Should I inform USCIS or ICE or just leave without informing anyone? Please advice.

I should go for H4 stamping in India somewhere in december of this year.
 
It is always good to let them know that you will be leaving the country.
The COS is automatically abandoned as soon as you leave. That's the nature of COS.

Can anyone please let me know how late can I inform uscis and what is the procedure ?
