Im currently on an H1b and I am considering starting grad school (MBA) this fall. As I start looking into the COS process back to F-1, I cant help but think of the consequences of a recent DUI that I have on my record. It was my first DUI misdemeanor. I was asked to pay fines, dui school and community service. Will this affect my change of status since I need to enter this into form I-539. I am really nervous about this
