i got laid off before one month, i applied for COS from H1 to F1 4 days back ..... my wife got her F1 approval today online ...it wil take more 3/4 days to receive approved F1 by mail ....university will issue dependent I20 after 10 to 15 days .... in that case can i apply for H1 to F2 after 20 days ...and can i withdraw my application for H1 to F1, wht documents/reason i need to submit for withdraw ...wil i be in trouble ?
