Hi,
My I140 was files on 20th Jun 06 & got approved on Jul 3rd from Texas. Now I noticed that my lawyer has made the following mistakes in I140
1. Last 4 digits of the Day time phone number was missing.
2. City/Town/Village of Birth is misspelt
3. My wife's name in Part 7 is misspelt.
Has any one faced such a situation before? Does any one know what needs to be done to get this corrected?
Any reply will be greatly appreciated.
