Correction of reccord obtained after I-485 denial

My EB1 I-485 case hase been denied and moved to IC for renwal AOS/removal proceedings. The denial was for overstay between ending B1 and beginning of J1.
Individual hearing scheduled in Febuary, 2006.
Back in May 2005 I filed "103.28 Requests for correction of records."
This request has been approved and i've got new/old I-94 with the validity from the last day of my B1 throughout. No 180 days gap any more.
Anybody. What happens next?.
May the case be settled out of court?
 
Contact your attorney immediately ... I think he should be able to file MTR (Motion to Reopen) based on this approval.
