Correction of name on H1 extn

Hi,
I got my H1 extension, but my name is wrongly spelled on the approval notice. It was just one letter mis typed. Can anyone tell me how long it takes these days to get the corrected document? (Or i can still get the passport stamped without correcting it ?).

Normally there\'s no problem with minor misspellings

If the error is INS\' they normally will correct it if the attorney calls them. If it was an attorney error, it normally needs to be amended. This takes as long as any other H-1 filing.
