I’m applying under Computer Programmer job title in PERM:

I’m trying to figure out the right formula for the job title above which includes Bachelor Degree, Work experience and Training time in order to “have requirements normal for the occupation” (PERM form H12 question =YES )
THE SVP= 7 establishes an educational/experience requirement of two to four years
Also it looks like US DOL said the average four-year college curriculum (except for liberal arts) is considered the equivalent of about two years of specific vocational preparation (see http://www.oalj.dol.gov/PUBLIC/INA/REFRNC/dbch10.htm#IIC)
So we have the formula:
NORMAL REQUIREMENTS1= Bachelor Degree (equivalent of about 2 years) + 2 years experience=4 years, which is within SVP 7 range

But how I can include the training? The key point of my PERM case is that I’m a computer programmer in a highly tailored field. I use my skills which I got at my previous company in “on job training”. PERM H5 says do not duplicate the time requirements (do not list the training time in experience and education).the formula is:
