Correct fee amount for OCI + Passport surrender (renunciation)

I am applying for OCI + Renunciation at the BLS chicago office. I took an in-person appointment with them and filled out the BLS order. According to the order form, the fee is:

1) OCI (Consular fee: $25 + ICWF: $3 + BLS Service Fee: $4.70) = $32.70
2) Renunciation: $175 + BLS Service Fee: $4.70 = $179.70

Questions:
1) Since I am applying for OCI + renunciation together do I pay the BLS service fee twice?
2) Does the consular fee for OCI look accurate? I thought it was $275? Does this have to do something with a walk in appointment?
3) Should I take 2 cashiers check or a single cashiers check?

Clearly there is a mistake for the OCI/renun fees either on your end or the order form logic - The total OCI fees are $282.70 regardless of anything (Mail/In-person, Adult/Child, Location etc.)

Regarding the renunciation, if you naturalized after June 1, 2010, the fees are 182.70.

The ICWF and BLS fees are charged separately per application.

Two checks is what they have recommended.
