Correct address to send EAD/I-765 renewal

From INS' website site it seems that I-765 applications must be mailed to following address:

California Service Center
P.O. Box 10765
Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-1076

But I remember that I sent the same I-765 application last time at a different address. Maybe they have changed it now.

Can someone who sent their EAD renewal recently please confirm the address and the fees? I see that they are asking for $120 for EAD made out to "Immigration and Naturalization Service"

correct - we sent ours to the Laguna Niguel CSC about 2 weeks back - checks for $120 made out to INS as you mentioned above - and we have our receipts from them .
 
I don't have it with me right now but its on the form you download from the net as far as I remember - should be able to get it online anyway
