Correct a mistake in I485 already pending

Hi all
I am in urgent need of some help. Please advice me what to do.
I filed I485 on July 31 and i have received a receipt notice. When i filled up the forms i marked "yes" for the question of Arrest as i was arrested due to speeding. My lawyer eased this off and marked "No" as she said it was due to traffic voilation.
Will the arrest due to speeding considered a traffic voilation??

If Yes then am i good saying "No"
If Not then how can i change this information as i donot want to lie on I 485 application.

Please help me!!! :confused:
 
You dont get arrested for speeding unless it is >25miles than the posted limit. If so then i guess it goes beyond simple trafic violatiod and is considered Criminal Negligance.

This is what i heard some where. but you are better of consulting some expericed attorney with more description about the circumstances of the arrest.
 
Yes i was doing more than 32 miles/hr over.
Do you think i should report this on 485. How can i ammend my 485 already pending?

Please let me know
