Corporate changes and impact on GC process

We are the employees of a company XYZ which is fully owned by a large company ABC. In other words XYZ is a fully owned subsidiary of the parent company ABC. Now as a corporate strategy for success all employees are being terminated from XYZ and being hired in ABC. The old and the new work locations are exactly the same.

Now we have our GC labor in process which was filed from XYZ. With this change what effect will it have on our green process. Can the process continue without any re-filing of labor from ABC ? Is there a way that ABC can prove that it was corporate decision but the same interest for gc sponorship contiues ? Any other alternatives to keep it going?

Labor Certs vary by state

so first you will have to determine if XYZ and ABC are in same state or not. Then the next question is about job responsibilities and tasks. Have they change to become strategically competetive.
