Corp to Corp in AC-21 case

I am a consultant and my consulting company is willing to pay in corp-to-corp hourly rate which is very much higher than the amount I am getting in W-2.I am working in AC-21 portability case. I am waiting for my GC. Can I do the corp-to- corp , if my spouse starts a company? In that case how do I inform the USCIS if I am getting salary from my spouse's company?I will be the only employee in that company.My spouse has EAD.

Could anyone help?
