My friend is in india and he is getting married while he will be there. He left without original W2's and did not take his tax returns. He has however copy of W2's and I believe that his LCA salary matches the W2. I just read thru some messages on this forum and found that chennai consulate is causing problems if you don't have original W2's or the tax returns notarized. Should I contact him to let him know to be on alert?
