Is it necessary to send copy of ALL pages of passport?
My friend have mailed few pages( first, last and the page with visa)
His RD is July 2001. His AVM now says that RFE issued. Will it
be because of the remaining pages in the passport?
I don\'t see any rational reason why one would rather chance it by NOT including ALL pages of ones passport.
Just play it safe and send in copies of ALL pages.
