Is there any way to get copy of Original Labor approval. one of my friend looking for same his original got missed. he applied his labor when he was in us a log time ago in 1997. After that that he spent couple of years( 2000 to 2004) in india. he back again in 2005 on H1b. but employer told that original original missed( it's fact). so ..looking to get copy of it. if u have people come across any ideas please let us me know

If it is substitute labor and I-140 is approved than you can ask the copy of all the docs your lawyer submitted to USCIS by using the right to information. It will take six months but you will get it from USCIS.
Also please complain against such employers so that they don't do such things to other people.
