copy of I140

My employer is refusing to give copy of 140, he is saying that they only send it when 485 is approved.
I am thinking of changing the job and I don't know what my was put in my labor though it's my original labor, I don't remeber now what was the content in the labor.

Can we get copy of my 140 from INS?
 
No you can't. It's the employers petition. You can get info from the Freedom of Information Act. There are links on this site dealing with this. Just do a search.
