copy of I140

My employer is refusing to give copy of 140, he is saying that they only send it when 485 is approved.
I am thinking of changing the job and I don't know what my was put in my labor though it's my original labor, I don't remeber now what was the content in the labor.

Can we get copy of my 140 from INS?

I-140 approval notice does not contain Job Description so i would say look for a copy of labor certificate, you would be fine.
