Copy of I-130 Transfer Notice-K3

Hello,
I filed the I30 form for my wife and I am currently waiting for the Notice of I30. I will be filing for a I-29F(K3) for my wife once I receive a notice of I30. I was reading that I also need a Copy of I-130 Transfer Notice when I file for I29F. Could someone tell me where would I get that from or is NOA1 from the I-130 is all I need.

In my opinion, just allowing the I-130 to run its course without the the I-129F (and so turning it into a CR1/IR1 spousal immigrant visa) is by far the best option and produces the better visa.

I don't see any copy of Form I-130, but it should be approved.
