I am wondering if a copy of 140 approval notice does me any good.

I have seen people talking about how to get a copy of I140
approval notice by using FOIA. Can someone tell me, excpet for personal record purpose, any other reason?

Absolutely nothing!! This I knew after getting my 140 copy. This is my personal opinion only.

A confirmation that 140 is indeed approved in your name - in case you use AC-21.

JK is right about Copy of I140 . i do have a copy of approval notice but also applied for FOIA.(just being curious) As per "maya" well..it is all cause and effect...
