Convicted or not Convicted? Application Question.

I was arrested for disorderly conduct in 2006 and reckless driving in 2011. For disorderly conduct I received a misdemeanor and was required to take a "Values" course for a few hours. For reckless driving I was ordered to pay a fine and adjudication was withheld.

There's a question in the application about convictions and i'm not sure if I should check yes or no? yes I have been arrested and received some sort of deferred judgement both times but I never been in prison so have I been convicted or no?

If the question was if you have ever been arrested, you should answer yes. But if it was if you were convicted, then it would be a No.
