I am on my OPT now which expires on Oct.5 2004.
I came to know that the H1B visa for this year ends in May and the next year’s quota starts in October.
Is it possible to apply for H1B between May and Oct and set it up so that it activates from Oct.5 2004?
Or should I apply for H1B before May itself?
