Hi Friends,
I was in L1-Blanket through Company A and received converted H1-B with I-94 through company B and Joined Oct 05. Past 2 months, I'm working for Company B and received pay slip.
My wife came with me thourgh L2 visa through Company A and she received converted H4-visa with I-94 (which is valid till 2008) when I got converted H1-B through company B. She wants to go to India and come back on Apr 2006. We have visa appointment on Apr 25, 2006 @ chennai consulate.
Questions are here
- Can she get visa-statmping since I dont have stamped visa?
- Does she have any specific questions from US consulate / INS?
- How many pay slips she should carry when she do have visa interview?
