Hi gurus, could you please provide help to my situation?
I filed regular LC in 2003 and got promoted 1/2 year ago(added senior in title). I am looking to have my case converted to RIR and change the job description. My questions are: is it possible to change the job description and keep the receipt date? can I use the experience I acquired with the current employer before the promotion? ( I worked for 2 1/2 yrs before employed by my current company, 3 yrs for the current employer. Can I say sr. software engineer with 5 yr experience in the job description?) Thanks in advance.
