Hi,
I am on a student visa. My spouse is here on a B2 visa. I want to convert her status to F2.I have taken the documents from my university.
My question :
1) Instead of changing status here, is it advisable to go back to India and get F2 stamped?
2) My spouse's I 94 expires on 15th July. If I send an request of changing the visa status, and the application is pending with USCIS, is she out of status?
