Would appreciate your advice friends.
My company aplied for my GC on EB1-3 about 2 months back for both me & my wife. We are based out of North Carolina & are currently on L1 A(me) & L-2 (Wife) non-immigration visas.
We had our biometric process done last week, which went well.
Now due to famly reasons I may have to move back to India.
Based on the research I did, we have an option to get my GC application changed from AOS (Adjustment of Status) to CP (Cousular Processing).
My question is :
1) Can some one please brief me about the process to do so.
2) Also if some one can advice what would be the pros & cons at this statge of the process for getting it converted from AOS to CP
