Had a good conversation with my attorney in dinner.
We had a very good conversation with attorneys ( Wife & Husband ) yesterday ... It's a family get to gather kind....
Me & My wife asked attorney so many questions related to GC...
The final understanding is GC process is first come first serve basis on RD... If you have a clear documentation and proofs ... You will get clear soon (with out stop...).
The delay is due to info with out proofs, suspicious info without proof and special things like restructuring...etc
If submissions are perfect then all cases will get clear in time...
They also suggested, Take your application and look in to it... If you feel that you got the question somewhere then mark it... Means possibility of RFE.
I think guys, this will helps to people who already disturbed and above to disturbed because of I485 process..
I need to write a meeting minutes here... for the info they gave.
But i can't do it right now...
Denial because if you commit to serious crime like involved in hit and run cases, unsolved international links, Tax probation, Working with a suspecious company.... for these kind of things.....we didn't understand exactly ...
