Spoke w/ IIO today and I\'m not sure what to make of it. Three weeks ago I called to talk to an IIO for the first time in the last 2 1/2 years, got a rsponse that an RFE will be sent to my lawyer in two weeks. Till date the lawyer has not recieved anything, so I called back today, I was informed that it will be sent out in the next two - three weeks! Is this to be believed? After an RFE is issued, how long does it take for the VSC to mail it to the lawyer? EB3 PD 12/98, ND 1/2000
