This is discussionis pertaining to a rejection of14 petition in the outstanding researcher category. However the writer of thearticle seems to indicate that there is a threat that of USCIS using the same logic to scrutinize the EB2 and EB3 cases. I think this poses a threat in some employment cases like s/w employees whose companies r body shoppers working on temporary projects, especially if the employment agreement is not drawn out properly.
