I have an EAD but still under 180 days. My EAD and 140 have been approved through company A. I want to start and register a C Corp say X. I want to contract myself to the C Corp (to X) while maintaining employment with my sponsor ( with A). So basically the company i own 9 ( Company X) will contract me from my parent company and vend me to another Headhunter who is the client vendor(Company C). So Client would pay Company C who would pay X who would inturn pay A. But X would retain a margin and expense some of the earnings.Is this legit and has anybody here done this so far. Yours thoughts are greatly appreciated. thanks all
