I received my GC in Jan 2002. I have lived in the US since and have completed the 3 year "Physical Presence" requirement. I am planning to go and study in Europe for a year next year. I am gonna be definitely coming to the US every 3 months and will maintain my permanent address here.
Will I satisfy the "continuous residence requirement"? Now my plan is to come to the December of 2006 and apply for US citizenship after the 4 year 9 month period?
According to rules, I am not doing anything illegal. Please comments if my plan has any loop-holes. Also please post any helpful experiences if possible.
