I was working for company X in US on H1 visa. The company had applied for my Green card. I returned back to india and switched job to company Y before labour was approved. Now the manager in company X has informed me that my labour application is approved and is in current date.
Company X also has an india office. Is it possible for me to now join company X in india, retain my old labour application and do counsler processing to get the Green card. How long will this process take now before I can legally start working in US.
