continous residence, absent for 10 months,4yrs 1 day eligible

Hello friends, i stayed out of the USA for 10 months, i want to know does
4yrs 1day rule applies to me, i read one of the post here, which said to get the 4yrs 1 day rule benefit, you must be absent from the US for more then one year.
can any pls reply.

That is true but in a different way.

If you were outside the US for less than a year (treating multiple consecutive trips outside the US as one long trip), they might not consider you to have broken continuous residence. And if you haven't broken continuous residence, the "4 years + 1 day" rule wouldn't apply because you wouldn't need it; you would be eligible upon completing 5 years post-GC, provided that you met the other requirements (2.5 years physical presence, good moral character etc.).
 
Thanks jack, but that is not my situation, pls tell me according to this when i am eligible.
got PR on july/4/1999

arrived to USA on july/4/1999 stayed till august/21/1999
took reentry permit and came back on sep/9/2001 stayed till nov/06/2001
came back on oct/21/2002 stayed till nov/03/2002
came back on dec/24/2002 stayed till jun/05/2003(stayed in india 10months 28 days)
came back on may/18/2004 staying till current date.

Help me when i am eligible.
