Hey guys:

Did anyone try contacting senator in Texas for I-485 case?

which senetor is more helpful for immigration type cases in Texas?

Does it really help expidite your case by getting assistnce from senator?

What is the best way to contact them?

Please share your experince here, it will be helpful to everyone planing to contact senator for their immigration cases.

(My I-485/AOS status case is pending at VSC but my job is in Dallas,TX - RD December 11, 2001)
 
I contacted Senator John Cornyn last year and his office inquired with the INS regarding my case and got the standard reply- "we are processing cases received on ... date. blah blah blah". IMHO it was a waste of time. I get more information from this discussion board.
 
Did get the same reply.

When I contacted the local house representative, I got the same answer.

So if you have not already done, please join the lawsuit Rajiv filed on all our behalf.
