Contacting Local Congresswoman

Now that I contacted USCIS, Senator, Ombudsman, it's time to talk to cogresswoman... I figured congresswoman's office won't be as busy as Sen. Clinton's. Hopefully I hear from them sooner. I faxed and mailed my information today.

I've been case status searching online. Some of the I-485 cases filed on the same day as mine (9/16/05) were approved as early as February-March 2006. That makes me furious. Why are they picking on me!? Is it possible they lost my file?

I got a call from the congresswoman's office this morning. They will contact FBI for my case inquiry. I'm trying not to be too hopeful. Still it feels good to hear from somewhere...

I am in same situation, eventhough my I-485 receipt date is Nov'04. Senator was no help. But congressman office is atleast listening to my case, may be able to help.

Like USCIS, Congressional/Senator assistance proved useless for me. I have received around 10-15 responses from (2-Senators, 2-Congressman) a standard formatted reply. None of them is interested to contact FBI.

Guys how does one find out which senator to contact and how does he contact him and from where do we get our local senator's contact information?

Please help!!!
