Does anyone know how to find out from the Indian embassy in Washington whether they have received the NORI documents from your consulate?
My consulate in Tel Aviv has sent my documents to Washington (by diplomatic bag), but I am not sure how to track it and find out whether it reached Washington and if they have started the procedure to send to DoS.
