I will be eligible to make an inquiry during the next JIT move. Also planning to make an inquiry thru the congress women Zoe Lofgren in my district. Can someone post their experience working with her staff. Iam hoping to get some meaningful response from INS thru them, or am I wrong?Thanks

I contacted Anna Eshoo. Her office sent me a letter saying they'd follow up. But havent heard back after that. And its been 15 days- Dont want to call them up for fear of sounding like a pest. I gather that if they went to the extent of replying they will again - when they hear back from BCIS

You can ask a caseworker at Congressperson's district office STATUS CHECK or EXPEDITE REQUEST to the CSC, but usually without an extraordinary issue, EXPEDITE is impossible.
I recommend to ask the specific item for STATUS CHECK.
