Contacting 800#

I efiled my AP on december 12. So far have not received my receipt in the mail. I do have a copy of online receipt. But online status says a receipt was mailed and I should follow the instructions on the receipt. I have tried callin 800# but kept holding for over 1 hour and then I hung up. I would appreciate if some can tell me how I should contact USCIS and what I should do. Thanks in advance
 
Will someone please guide me. I have paper filed EAD myself and did not have any problem. I am totally confused, it hard enough to go through endless wait.Is their a special number to call USCIS or the one on the notice? How do you reach live help?
