I wanted to contact the INS for my Citizenship application. My PD is Jan 08 and I see people getting interview letters and I still haven't.
What is the sequence of options to reach a live person??

I am in Northern VA. I am looking at the DC list and people are getting it really fast.

Can someone please give me the sequence of options to press after I dial to be able to talk to an agent.
