if you call the 1-800#, use option 1-2-5 something like for change of address or typo in an approved case, punch in your LIN #, and you will get connected to an IO at NSC.
i was pleased when successful in doing this...when you punch your case #, the phone system recognises that your case belongs to NSC and if their lines are free, you will be directed to NSC and not the customer service call center.
