Contact for Local Congressmen/Senator

Can anybody point me to the link where all the info about contacting local congressmen/Senator is listed?

Its bit urgent, i don't know whats happening with my 140 case, little frustrated with the wait.

Made 2 status inquiries and moved to a different location (address change), nothing triggered !!!!!!!!!!

Going to finish 1 yr by Oct,16th already, i want to contact senator as the last option before making one more status inquiry. If that does not work, i guess its better to go back to India rather than waiting in this DAMN country for GC.

Faxed the letter to Senators office, person in Immigration dept told me that i should call them after a week. I thought they would take just a day or two.
