I have filed an I-140, which is still pending then I will go for CP. The LC was filed under a pharmacist position by my employer. Presently, my work is split-- part-time research, part-time as a pharmacist for the same employer. In October, I will transfer full-time to work as a pharmacist. The employer has proposed for me to continue my research as a consultant. So, in effect, I would be working as a full-time, regular employee + consulting for the same employer. Is this kosher?
